I have discovered the magic of making macaroni and cheese. Always it has been a favorite, but, well, I made spirals for dinner last night, woke up in the middle of the night and ate the rest, made dinosaurs for breakfast with my coffee, and will probably eat what very little is left when i get home from work. I think I used to skimp on the butter, not because I care, but because that is what Im used to. My mother would only use milk, and would make two boxes with only one of the cheese packets. what a sin. but i also add real cheese, salt, and lots of pepper.

I cant seem to think of the Mac'N'Cheese jingle...maybe it doesnt apply because, well, I'm poor and had the Vons brand. okay.
